Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage to hat brims or crowns.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
